Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Rainbows & Dragons simply return your item to us within 14 days of despatch.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same as-new saleable condition that you received it, unworn or unused (please ensure shoes are tried on indoors and clothes/shoes do not come into contact with anything that may mark or damage the items), with tags, and in its original packaging (including box where applicable).

Reusable nappies and accessories: returns must be in original condition and packaging (where applicable) unwashed and unused. Items that have been washed or used will not be refunded unless deemed to be faulty.

Perishable goods such as chocolate cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To start a return please contact us at returns@rainbows-dragons.co.uk. Please state your original order number, item reference and reason for return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods until they are received by us, please ensure you have adequate postal insurance to cover the value of the items.

Faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and correct it. Please contact us at rainbows.dragons@btinternet.com Please state your original order number, item reference and reason for return. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods until they are received by us, please ensure you have adequate postal insurance to cover the value of the items. Your return postage will be refunded once the item has been established as faulty or incorrect. This may take up to 10 days for checks to be carried out. Any items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted.

Please note any faulty items may need to be returned to the supplier, this process can take up to 4 weeks and we will notify you if this is the case. If the item is deemed as faulty, where possible we will look to replace the item for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item cannot be replaced then a full refund will be issued.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too so please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be received once we have notified you that a refund will be taking place.

 

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
